- Full Reception and Switchboard Function
- Ensure all visitors to the company are received and directed to the correct people promptly
- Ensure all calls are answered promptly and directed to the correct people
- Ensure messages are correctly relayed to the relevant employees
- General Administration duties performed as and when required
- Assist with photocopying when required
- Ensure that all filing is done accurately and kept up to date
- Responsible for overnight mail and courier
- Organise and arrange purchase requisitions for Travel arrangements
- Uphold Company Code of Ethics
- Maintain POD register
- Manage 1 x cleaner
- Make appointments for managers.
- Create GRN’s for incoming material
- Order stationery, groceries and consumables.
- Matric Certificate
- Reliable Transport to and from work is essential
- Computer Literacy is essential (MS Office)
- Microsoft Excel Required – non-negotiable
- Syspro Experience Advantageous
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Receptionist.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have excellent Attention to detail
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Well groomed and presentable
