This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and production of renewable energy systems that play a vital role in combating climate change and promoting environmental sustainability.Key Responsibilities:· Assemble renewable energy components, such as wind turbine parts, or hydroelectric generators, according to engineering drawings and specifications.· Perform quality inspections to ensure that all components meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.· Collaborate with engineers and project managers to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement solutions.· Operate specialized tools and equipment safely and efficiently.· Follow established safety protocols and procedures to minimize workplace hazards and ensure a safe working environment.· Assist in the maintenance and calibration of assembly equipment as needed.· Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new technologies and best practices in the renewable energy industry.· Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency gains.Requirements:· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.· Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related fields preferred.· Fundamentals of the generation, protection, load center and storage components of a wind system.· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.· Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.· Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.· Must be comfortable working at heights and should not suffer from acrophobia or fear of heights.· Fundamentals of load movement.· Fundamentals of electricity.· Fundamentals of personal protection elements.Benefits:· Will be discussed during interviews.Working hours:· 5 days a week, 9 hours a day.How to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are interested in this position to info@nextgenhr.gg.
