- Experience in General filing and Posting of invoices and statements
- Experience in Invoicing of Job cards
- Know how to deal with difficult customers
- Understand the importance of image; dress
- High communication and organizing skills
- The importance of professional communication on telephone and at reception
- Understand the link between customer service, good telephone and reception skills
- Identify the needs, wants and expectations of customers in order to direct them to the right area / person as quickly as possible
- Know how to deal with the situation when the switchboard and reception is busy
- Be professional when screening a call, taking a message or transferring a call
- Understand the principles of telephone courtesy and etiquette
- Any other related duties.
