Our client is a prominent private company that owns a number of established outlets in the Western Cape. They are expanding and have a need for enthusiastic people to support this growth, which includes a Bakery Manager.It is the responsibility of the Bakery Manager to create and maintain a fully functioning, profitable Bakery Department.Promote excellent customer service and full management of all Bakery staff members.Responsibilities:

Stock management
Cold chain management
Signage and pricing
Adherence to Group merchandising standards
Promotions
Customer experience
Meeting departmental targets
Hygiene and housekeeping
Staff management
Administration

Requirements:

Task orientated
Numeracy skills
Effective communication skills
Ordering skills
Diligent in the performance of duties
Staff management skills
Must be able to work with people daily

Minimum Qualification and Experience

2 years retail management experience in the Bakery Department
Computer literacy
