- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities, including logistics, inventory, and dispatch processes
- Ensure smooth workflow between service, admin, and workshop departments
- Assist with scheduling, tracking, and prioritising of vehicle servicing and repairs
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of parts
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including reporting on performance metrics
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline efficiency
- Support the management team with administrative duties and operational planning
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- A relevant diploma or qualification in logistics, business administration, or operations management is advantageous
- Proven experience in an operations or administrative coordination role, preferably in the automotive, logistics, or technical services sector
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and accountability
