The role involves building networks in complex environments, supporting projects across multiple regions, and working with both wired and wireless technologies.Key responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise networks, including wired (Cisco/UBNT) and private wireless/5G/LTE.
- Configure and support user equipment and networking hardware.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support, ensuring systems meet SLA standards.
- Develop processes, documentation, and automated reports on network performance.
- Collaborate with RF Engineers to optimise coverage.
- Attend customer and partner meetings, including occasional travel.
- 5+ years experience in network engineering.
- Relevant degree or certification.
- Hands-on experience with wired, wireless, and 5G/LTE networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work across global teams and provide high-level support.
