• Accountable and responsible for managing the utilities (compressed air HP & LP, refrigeration, , raw material handling, electrical infrastructure, and plant air conditioning.
• Accountable and responsible for managing property maintenance.
• Accountable and responsible for fire protection and security.
• Preparing and managing the utility services and engineering projects budgets
• Ensuring that all equipment is well maintained and optimally utilised.
• Driving cost reduction initiatives
• Designing and implementing maintenance systems in services
• Managing the central workshop
• Managing legal compliance, pressure vessels, Lifts, etc.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Engineering or Utilities Manager or Utilities Controller Role
• BSc Engineering degree (Elect/Mech) or B Tech (Elect/Mech) with a GCC Factories
• 3 - 5 years Utilities and Engineering projects experience essential
• Intermediate to advanced Excel
• Good understanding of OHS Act

• A sense of urgency
• Strong planning and execution skills (proven track record)
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (assertive and forthright)
