SCHOOL MARKETING SPECIALIST Penryn NPC, situated in Mbombela, Mpumalanga, is an independent co-educational school with a Christian ethos, linked to the Methodist Church. Penryn is a member of ISASA and a global member of the Round Square organisation. We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven individual to fill the position of School Marketing Specialist. The School Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in the development and implementing of marketing strategies to drive student enrollment, plan activation days, and measure the impact of marketing efforts. This position requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for education. To succeed in this role, the School Marketing Specialist must find the best ways to highlight the benefits of attending a private school. Some examples include studying in an elite, closed environment, and higher quality of education thanks to smaller groups and highly qualified teachers. Requirements `Bachelor`s degree (or higher) in Marketing or related fields. `5+ years of experience working in a similar position. `Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messages. `Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and email marketing platforms. `Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. `Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.•Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities `Optimizing existing marketing strategies. `Developing new, effective marketing strategies and overseeing their implementation.•Creating emotional and motivational stories that will encourage students to choose our school.•Choosing the best marketing channels to promote our school. `Brand strategy in alignment with the school`s identity, both internally and externally. `Management of the school website to ensure that content is accurate, up to date and reflects the vision of the school.•Content creation for the school`s social media and other digital marketing platforms. `Content creation for digital and print media, including writing editorial submissions and taking photographs at events and functions. Video editing skills may be required. `Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships within the marketing and independent school`s sector. `The designing and publishing of newsletters and internal and external marketing and communication material.•Working closely with the parent body to coordinate activities and events. `Managing and distributing Marketings human resources and budgets according to the school`s goals and priorities `Creating documentation for proper marketing strategy implementation `Ensuring all marketing collateral is in sync with the school`s branding guidelines and intended message. `Effective planning and organisational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
