Receiving and screening of telephone calls
Coordinating diaries and e-mails
Office co-ordination
Co-ordination of conference and workshops
Travel and related bookings to ensure conferences and workshops proceed smoothly
Compilation of agendas for conference and workshops
Compilation of information into files for use during conference and workshops
OPEX budget compilation & control
Preparation of standardised schedules, forms, etc.
Coordinate payment of invoices, claims, etc.
Assist with HR coordinating tasks for the department (e.g. EMPS tracking documents, Leave analysis).
Key Requirements:A recognized, relevant Tertiary Qualification
3 – 4 years relevant working experience in a similar environment
Financial and Human Recourses reporting experience
Proven computer literacy in SAP, MS Office
