Technical Manager – Renewable Energy

• Product Design: Lead the design and development of renewable energy products and systems, working closely with the engineering team to ensure high performance, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical queries, providing product information, and ensuring that clients are fully satisfied with the technical performance of their renewable energy solutions.
• Product Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs for clients, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring full understanding of product features, installation processes, and maintenance requirements.
• Technical Documentation: Create, update, and maintain detailed technical manuals, user guides, and troubleshooting documents to support clients and internal teams. Ensure that documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with product specifications and industry standards.
• After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing technical support to clients post-installation, including troubleshooting, product enhancements, and any necessary system adjustments. Ensure that clients receive timely and effective solutions to any issues that arise.
• Project Leadership: Oversee the technical aspects of renewable energy projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to technical requirements. Work closely with project managers to align on timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Team Management: Lead a cross-functional team, including engineers, technicians, and product specialists, ensuring smooth collaboration between departments and alignment on technical goals and objectives.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or a related field).
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position. Experience with product design, after-sales support, and client-facing roles is a plus.
• Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, energy storage, etc.).
• Experience with product development, including design, prototyping, and deployment.
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PVsyst, etc.) and project management tools.
• Certifications: Professional engineering certification is a plus.
