RPO Recruitment is currently working with a reputable company in the tourism industry, who is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with the company's key accounts in the tourism sector.You will work closely with these accounts to understand their needs and provide them with unparalleled customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for the tourism industry. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts in the tourism industry
Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business and tourism objectives
Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of products and services
Prepare reports and presentations on account performance and updates
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Customer Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role
Knowledge of the tourism industry is strongly preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel as needed
Valid driver's license
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field
