As a Senior Financial Wellness Consultant at Bayport, your primary objective is to assist employees improve their overall financial wellbeing through the evaluation of employee’s financial situation; solving complex financial matters with a specific focus on those currently distressed or listed under bureau records. Your responsibility is to guide customers through the process of exiting debt review and overseeing their rehabilitation into a healthier financial state. This involves evaluating employees' financial situations, providing consolidation solutions, and educating them on fundamental principles of good financial health.EDUCATIONMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Matric Qualification or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification
DESIRED/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
RE 5 qualification (FAIS Compliant) advantageous
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Minimum of 1-year experience as a financial wellness consultant/coach
Minimum 1-year experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Collections or Debt Counselling environment.
Experience in liaising with external service providers and 3rd party management.
Debt Rehabilitation and Debt Counselling/consultation experience/knowledge.
Financial literacy knowledge and skills
Debt evaluation and distress detecting abilities.
Passion and desire to assist people in financial distress.
Must have a valid Code 8 Drivers Licence.
Must be willing to work flexible hours.
