Design and implement intuitive workflows using Microsoft 365, turning complex business needs into smooth, automated processes.
Uncover opportunities for process automation, driving efficiency and innovation throughout the organization.
Provide advanced technical support, resolving issues and ensuring the seamless operation of Microsoft 365 and related tools.
Lead projects to optimize the use of the Microsoft 365 suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing value.
Foster collaboration across departments, understanding needs, and developing solutions that drive business success.
Educate and train users, empowering them to leverage workflow tools to their full potential.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in designing and implementing workflows using Microsoft 365.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
