Internal Sales Support - Civil Engineering

• Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements and product specifications.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and provide feedback to customers on the status of their orders.
• Liaise with the sales team, technical department, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, quotations, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Address customer queries and provide assistance regarding products, pricing, and technical specifications.
• Assist in ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are met.
• Provide support to the internal sales team and assist with administrative tasks as required.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Technical Background: A solid understanding of civil engineering products, materials, or services.
• Internal Sales or Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the engineering, construction, or manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.

• A qualification or experience in Civil Engineering, Technical Sales, or related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or order processing is preferred.
