With a strong presence across Africa and Europe, and access to one of the world's largest M&A networks, this is a career-defining opportunity for professionals ready to work on impactful, cross-border transactions.💼 Key Responsibilities:Prepare compelling pitches and presentations for origination and deal execution.Build and maintain robust financial models and conduct valuations for M&A and capital-raising deals.Draft key transaction documents including teasers and information memorandums.Support due diligence processes, manage datarooms, and respond to bidder queries.Assist in coordinating with legal and financial advisors and preparing deal-related documentation.Engage directly with clients, investors, and potential bidders.Perform KYC and background checks during client onboarding.Lead, manage, and mentor junior team members.🎓 Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investments, or a related field.Strong academic background (Mathematics 80%+, English 70%+ or equivalent A-levels).3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, valuations, transaction advisory, or private equity.Confident communicator with excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.Open to applicants of all nationalities and backgrounds.💰 Remuneration:
