Salary: R30 000.00 Per Month (Including Car Allowance + Petrol Card + Company Cellphone) + 7% of Profit excl VAT, after a Cost to Company of R30 000.00 has been achievedWe’re seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow market share across retail groups, supermarkets, and independent outlets in your territory.
You’ll drive new business through proactive outreach while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.Ideal for someone passionate about sales, confident in negotiating deals, and motivated to hit targets in a fast-paced retail environment!Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 1-3 years' of sales experience
- Ability to cold call and convert leads
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Knowledge of retail equipment and consumables
- Weekly client visits
- Weekly reporting and sales meetings
- Maintain client relationships
- Track market share and support budget input
