This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with proven expertise in managing people, processes, and systems within the FMCG or manufacturing sector. Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch. Manage fleet and optimize distribution routes to ensure on-time deliveries. Implement effective stock control systems and maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations. Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence. Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to streamline workflows. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' warehouse/logistics management experience (FMCG/manufacturing preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office. Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license.
