We're looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Project Manager to take charge of complex telecoms rollout projects. If you're ready to lead from the front and ensure seamless project execution-from planning to handover-this is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple telecom projects (FTTH, towers, RF, power)
  • Ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain updated project records across WO, SAGE, and Qbis systems
  • Negotiate delivery timelines and drive client satisfaction
  • Oversee project administration and reporting functions
Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years of project management experience in telecoms
  • 1+ year in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Engineering, Business, or similar)
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Proven track record in telecom rollouts (FTTH, power, RF, etc.)
Advantageous
  • Experience with WO, SAGE, or Qbis
  • Strong report-writing and documentation skills
