SALARY: MARKET RELATED"TRS is looking for a MECHANICAL QC SUPERVISOR with strong mechanical quality control supervisory experience within the Oil and Gas industry to join our International Client's Project team based in HAIFA ISRAEL (URBAN)."JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the mechanical quality control team to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits of mechanical installations, equipment, and systems to identify non-conformities and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Review and approve quality control documents, including inspection reports, test plans, and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the mechanical team in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor and track quality control metrics, such as inspection results and non-conformance reports, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on mechanical quality control matters.
- Accredited Degree / Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
- Years of experience: Minimum 10 years.
- Mechanical QC experience in role: Minimum 10 years.
- Aware of the type of inspection needed related to mechanical works.
- Aware of raising the proper RFIs.
- Performs functional checks and mechanisms completion checks (pressure and vessels).
