- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and eCommerce strategies across all brands.
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising initiatives.
- Drive traffic, conversion, and sales across multiple eCommerce platforms.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Lead a team of digital marketing and community engagement specialists.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (merchandise, IT, finance, operations) to align digital efforts.
- Oversee the eCommerce customer experience, ensuring a seamless online shopping journey.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and/or eCommerce management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and CRM systems.
- Leadership and project management experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
