Looking to hire a virtual assistant to do email marketing one by one for a personal approach to prospective clients in the Entertainment industry. A template email will be provided, but you'd need to track your work via a database to keep tabs on responses and set up meetings. Guidance on responses will be provided. It is remote.

Hours 10am-5pm per day. Monday-Friday.Temp role for up to 1 month, but more work available if quality of work is excellent.Ideal Profile

You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or Marketing Communications role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Experience within would be a strong advantage.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
