Our client, a multinational packaging company seeks to employ a skilled, qualified and experienced Maintenance Supervisor for their fast paced production plant in the East Rand.Please note that this role does require N6 in Mechanical/Electrical, coupled with a trade as either Electrician or Millwright, with competency in both electrical and mechanical maintenance supervision in the packaging or FMCGKEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION

You will be a trade tested Millwright or Electrician, with a N6 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, coupled with a minimum of 10 years working experience in a fast paced FMCG or Packaging production environment.
You will have a solid background in supervision of both electrical and mechanical maintenance within production, dealing with managing job card allocation, coordinating planned maintenance schedules, approving stock and consumables for the maintenance department and ensuring HSE is consistently upheld.
Prior working experience in cost control and budget compilation for special projects and the implementation of improvement projects/equipment
You will have a understanding of GMP and Lean Manufacturing principals.
