Minimum of 5 years working experience in building native iOS applications.
Experience in other front-end technologies (Angular, JavaScript, etc.) is preferred and will be discussed during the interview.

Advantageous Skills:

Swift expertise in building native iOS applications with various features
Experience with:

Building multi-screen applications

Handling login and authentication

Integrating with REST APIs using JSON and other media types (images and video)

Controlling video playback

Displaying alerts

Accepting keyboard input and limiting characters

Storing/caching large files, retrieving, and deleting them when expired

Working on iPhone and iPad

Adjusting for portrait and landscape orientation using auto layout

Using customized UI controls

Interpreting pinch & zoom touch inputs

Displaying labels, values, and images in multiple languages
Working in online/offline mode
Knowledge of BMW, ITPM, AWM (Advantageous)
Excellent proficiency in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence)

Reference Number for this position is GZ58495 which is a long-term contract position paying per hour working semi-remotely and has a contracting rate offering of R600 to R700 per hour negotiable on experience and ability.
