Senior Product Consultant

• Manage category plans aligned with procurement or sales strategy to drive savings, reduce risk, and boost profitability.
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication efforts to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Maintain partner relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and identify new opportunities.
• Handle complex supplier/customer queries and escalate policy issues when needed.
• Monitor market trends and assess their potential impact.
• Assist in building strong internal/ external stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct structured sales meetings, identify customer needs, and tailor solutions.
• Analyze data using standard tools and formats.
• Pursue continuous learning, development, and professional accreditation.
• Stay up to date with tech, regulations, and industry trends.

• Red seal (Mechanical Engineering)/ Earthmoving trade
• 4–7 years in a similar role as a product consultant for heavy machinery (grade 7), including 3+ years in a relevant industry.
• Proven experience in Agriculture/ Construction/ Mining/ Forestry.
• Stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong skills in relationship management, communication, sales, negotiation, and technical support.
• Effective problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Frequent local travel required.
