- Degree preferred (BSc Agric)
- Minimum of 6 years experience as a Farm Manager
- Minimum of 6 years experience as a Production Manager
- Must have worked on at least 100 hectares
- Experience and knowledge of Irrigation processes
- Experience with fruit or vegetable farming
