• Manage day-to-day courier operations
• Lead and motivate drivers, dispatch staff, and ops support teams

• Proven experience in courier, transport, or last-mile logistics management
• Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge of dispatch systems, GPS tracking, and routing tools
• 5-7 years of operations or logistics management experience
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and delivery volume
