
Senior Project Manager

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or equivalent).
- 7 - 10+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years in a senior/leadership capacity.
- Proven track record with large-scale IT initiatives such as ERP rollouts, cloud migrations, cybersecurity programs, or custom application development.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and emerging technologies (cloud, AI, automation).
- Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, ServiceNow).
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of IT projects, including software implementations and upgrades.
- Define scope, technical requirements, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Apply the right methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) for each initiative.
- Manage vendor and partner engagement for outsourced or co-delivered projects.
- Align projects with IT strategy, architecture, and security standards.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and compliance issues, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
- Uphold IT governance, change management, and documentation standards.
- Promote best practices (ITIL, DevOps, automation, etc.).
- Act as the link between business leaders and technical teams, ensuring objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
- Provide transparent updates on progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships.
- Lead cross-functional teams of analysts, engineers, developers, and QA specialists.
- Mentor junior project managers and nurture a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Champion innovation and the adoption of modern tools and practices.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
