Minimum RequirementsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience managing at least 4 different bar outlets within a luxury property or hospitality group
Strong knowledge of:
Fine wines (particularly in a fine dining setting)
Classic and contemporary cocktails
Premium spirits and global beverage trends
A finger on the pulse of current and emerging industry trends
Experience leading and managing bar teams across multiple outlets
Exceptional reporting skills and a strong command of back-end bar operations
(including stock control, sales tracking, and financial reporting)
A high level of computer literacy for bar management systems and reporting tools
Confidence in reporting directly to the General Manager of Operations
A passion for delivering consistent, world-class guest experiences across outlets
