- Define and own the growth strategy and roadmap for HyperDev, from awareness to adoption.
- Prototype, test, and scale acquisition and engagement experiments — across content, community, SEO, paid, and partnerships.
- Craft and iterate on positioning and messaging that resonate deeply with developers.
- Work hands-on across channels, while also thinking strategically about long-term brand and distribution.
- Build and nurture a developer community around HyperDev — from events and content to advocacy programs.
- Balance short-term growth experiments with long-term brand building.
- Lay the groundwork for scale — setting up marketing systems, metrics, and culture that will grow with HyperDev.
- Proven track record of growing adoption for a B2B SaaS, developer tool, or AI product.
- Experience with early-stage growth marketing — building traction from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience with multiple growth channels (content, SEO, paid, community, partnerships).
- Strong ability to craft positioning and messaging that resonates with technical audiences.
- Comfort with experimentation and data-driven decision-making — testing, iterating, and learning fast.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you’re both strategist and executor.
- Experience growing developer-focused products or communities.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM products and markets.
- Strong content marketing skills — writing, thought leadership, technical storytelling.
- Experience setting up growth analytics stacks (GA4, Mixpanel, Segment, HubSpot, etc.).
- Network within the developer, AI, or startup ecosystem.
- Previous experience as the first marketing hire or early-stage marketing lead.
