Westfalia Fruit situated in Corner 16th and Pharmaceutical Road, Midrand, has a permanent vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced Invoice Clerk.Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for contributing to making the Westfalia Shared Services Team successful in a high performance and driven environment through providing high level, accurate invoicing, excellent administrative skills, payment allocation and some debt collection and building solid relationships with internal and external customers.Qualifications/ Experience:

Degree or Diploma Accounting / Bookkeeping
Computer literate with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and MS Office

Knowledge:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Bookkeeping
Basic knowledge of Excel
Understanding of basic accounting math
Keep to accurate accounting entries.
Familiar with accounting software, such as Microsoft Dynamics D365
Solid organizational skills to keep track of invoices.
Great customer service skills to work with various clients.
Knowledge of data entry for record keeping
General administrative skills, including managing emails and debtor's book.
