Job DescriptionOverall running and delegating of bays;

Motivate and control employees in the

workshop; * Report back to management on progressof repairs on trailers; * Outside running of repairs;

Receiving and completion of job cards;
Quality control on all service work;
Completion of service check sheet;
Reporting of additional work found on

trailers; * Applying discipline in the workshop;

Ensure employee’s timesheets are

correct and submitted before the
deadlines; * Delivery of trailers in time given.Requirements

Matric is an advantage;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in trailer

manufacturing and repairs * Previous work experience or qualificationsin mechanical work/Boiler making/Welding; * Mechanically and technically able;

Trailer parts knowledge;
Leadership skills;
Bilingual;
Deadline driven;
Able to work under pressure;
Able to work overtime;
Good general health.
Must produce quality of work;
Must be able to delegate;
Own transport
