- Minimum 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity within the luxury inbound travel sector (required)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with high-profile clients and agents
- Exceptional familiarity with luxury travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences in Southern and/or East Africa
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Tourplan is a necessity
- Proven capability in coaching, motivating, training, and leading teams effectively
- Proficiency in crisis management and problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and organisational proficiency
- Ability to work with urgency and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's licence and own transport
