- Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Oversee on-site activities to ensure projects are carried out safely and efficiently
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project updates
- Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Monitor and control project budgets and timelines
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and change orders
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Salary: negotiable
