As a Management Accountant, you will take ownership of financial performance insights that directly influence strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Compile and present management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Manage month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring reporting accuracy.
- Drive cost control initiatives and strengthen governance and compliance measures.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver actionable financial insights.
- Guide and support a small finance team to achieve performance goals.
- Education: BCom in Accounting/Finance (NQF 7) required; CIMA (or studying towards CIMA) highly advantageous.
- Experience: Up to 5 years in management accounting or financial reporting.
- Skills: Strong technical and analytical acumen, advanced Excel, and proficiency in ERP/financial systems.
- Other: Excellent communicator with proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
