Sales Representative

• Grade 12;
• Min 5 years experience as a sales representative in the FMCG environment;
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle;
• Computer literate: MS Office Suite;
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
• Excellent sales, marketing, business development and negotiation skills;
• Well-spoken and presentable with a positive attitude;
• Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven;

• Selling and marketing of company products and services.
• Servicing an existing customer base and sourcing new business opportunities.
• Compiling of sales reports weekly and monthly.
• Ensuring accurate and timeous completion of orders and deliveries.
• Continuous updating on on product knowledge, information and new developments.
• Attending to and resolving of customer complaints, queries and inquiries.
• Achieving of set monthly / quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Traveling to meet with customers, introducing new products, negotiating deals and closing service contracts.
• Providing customer with product specifications, advice and suggesting operational solutions.
• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients.
• Sales administration including processing of orders, co-ordinating of deliveries.
• Compiling and submitting of sales reports.
