- Assist the Silo Manager in overseeing all aspects of the silo facility, including receiving, storing, and dispatching agricultural products
- Ensure proper maintenance and operational efficiency of silo equipment and systems
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries and efficient storage
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Assist with managing staff and training them on proper handling and storage procedures
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to meet their needs and address any concerns
- Previous experience in the agricultural industry, particularly in grain storage and handling
- Strong knowledge of silo operations and quality control standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and support the Silo Manager
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy
