Job DescriptionOversee a team consisting of sales staff, delivery staff, operations staff, technical staff and admin staff.Accountable for the growth and development of the regional portfolio.Annual strategy and budget preparation with quarterly reforecastsManagement of any and all stock takes.Minimize stock handling costs.Strategic development of branch revenue, products and clients.Ensuring all necessary disciplines is in place and that these are adhered to.Ensure allocated members are trained accordingly in Health & safety.Qualification & SkillsManagement and Business QualificationsMinimum of 7 years management experienceVery strong inventory control and oversight experienceMinimum 10 years Senior Sales and Sales Management ExperienceExperience dealing with HR mattersSuitable candidates will be contacted.
