  • Consolidate and track timelines, plans, and cost estimates for various events in collaboration with team members.
  • Delight guests with trendsetting and innovative ideas, ensuring outstanding service experiences.
  • Assess and manage venue inventory to optimize event business across conferencing and event facilities, maximizing revenues.
  • Ensure staff are trained to deliver world-class service to guests.
  • Lead and inspire a team, fostering teamwork, personal accountability, staff engagement, and retention.
  • Manage staff processes including personal presentation, recruitment, performance, and conduct.
Requirements:
  • Matric (High School Diploma)
  • A relevant tertiary qualification from a recognized South African or International Educational Institution is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in a busy, high-demand environment.
