- Contribute to automation, optimization, and cost-saving initiatives using data-driven approaches.
- Process & Systems Expertise
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and super user for supported applications, ensuring operational best practices are followed.
- Provide expertise in bulk collections and application thereof on customer policies.
- Participate in system upgrades, process transitions, and handovers, ensuring seamless integration into business operations.
- Business Engagement & Influencing
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering guidance on processes, technologies, and data insights to support decision-making.
- Influence business strategies by leveraging data and analytics to highlight risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.
- Deliver clear and impactful communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge Management & Mentorship
- Act as a CRM lead within the user community, coaching and mentoring colleagues on systems, processes, and best practices.
- Contribute to building a data-driven culture by promoting analytical thinking and evidence-based decision making across teams.
- Operational & Technical Knowledge
- Maintain working knowledge of IT processes, business applications, and relevant technologies.
- Apply fundamental accounting principles in reconciling financial processes and transactions.
- Continuously update skills in line with emerging technologies, big data platforms, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
