My client is a well-established property management company with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to join their team and help manage the financial operations of their growing property portfolio. The successful candidate will focus on handling the financial day-to-day tasks related to their property portfolio, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting with compliance needs, and will ideally have sectional title knowledge.Duties:

Trial balance & journals
Balance sheets
Prepare and issue levy statements for sectional title properties
Provide the necessary financial information and documentation to External Auditors for annual audits
Process payments
Monthly reconciliations

Experience and Education:

BCom Accounting
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
Property industry experience is preferred
