Level: Senior ManagementPurpose of the Role
To lead and direct strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and position the company as a market leader in tank manufacturing solutions. You will oversee a talented sales and marketing team while identifying emerging opportunities and fostering long-term business success.Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic input and regular performance updates to the Managing Director.Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve growth targets and improve market share.Lead a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business objectives.Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop innovative go-to-market strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.Enhance the company’s digital presence and drive engagement through online channels.Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and promotional strategies, recommending continuous improvements.Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of plans.Ensure the sales team consistently achieves or exceeds sales quotas and KPIs.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.Champion a customer-first culture and support the development of tailored customer solutions.Guide team development through coaching, performance reviews, and structured growth opportunities.Align team goals with broader company objectives, integrating performance management and reward systems.Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and governance standards in all marketing and sales activities.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.Proven track record in developing successful sales strategies and leading cross-functional teams.Key Competencies
Strategic mindset with strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and market analysis capabilities.Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and customer engagement platforms.Knowledge of marketing principles, customer relationship strategies, and brand positioning.
