This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving sales and business development across the Free State province. The Technical Sales Manager will lead and mentor the regional sales team, build strong client and distributor relationships, and develop strategies to expand market share while ensuring the successful delivery of sustainable bio-solutions to the agricultural community.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to the regional sales teamDrive business development by expanding the client base across the Free StateManage existing accounts and personally handle key client relationshipsWork closely with distributors to promote products and solutionsDevelop and execute strategic proposals to grow market share and establish long-term partnershipsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure innovative and effective bio-solutions are implementedRepresent the company's vision of sustainability and build credibility in the agricultural sectorAbout YouDegree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, or a related field (preferred)Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical management within the agricultural or agri-inputs sectorStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a sales teamExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and create solutions for clientsBased in the Free State or with strong regional knowledge and networksWillingness to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to the company's growth journey
