- Be an undergraduate currently pursuing studies and interested in an internship.
- Hold a degree in a STEM field — priority will be given to candidates with electrical or electronics, mechatronics, automation, control, robotics or Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
- Alternatively, possess a Matric certificate, N2–N6, Technical Diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
- Have achieved a minimum average of 50–60% across all modules or courses.
- Have 0–2 years of working experience.
- Paid & Flexible Internship: A 12-month structured programme designed to provide meaningful work experience.
- Accredited Learnership: Includes a SETA-accredited qualification (South Africa), combining theoretical learning with practical application.
- Real-World Exposure: Engage directly with business operations and clients to build professional confidence and market readiness.
- Assist in the preparation of business documents and proposals, contributing to real projects.
- Gain insight and practical knowledge within your assigned Business Unit.
- Support workflow coordination and time management across team activities.
- Contribute to additional tasks and project work that drive broader business outcomes.
