Our client based in Pinetown, New Germany is seeking a Qualified Turner Machinist Or Semi-Skilled Machinist, with experience to join their team. The ideal candidate, must be able to work on conventional lathes and mills.Duties:
Able to operate conventional milling machine and lathes
Good understanding of manufacturing
Strong grasp of tolerances, feed rates and cutting speeds
Able to read drawings
Able to work from samples
Able to use all measuring equipment
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations
Ability to work well with a team and independently when required
Willingness to learn new skillsRequirements:
Matric with relevant qualifications
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to be punctual
Strong on conventional Lathe
Milling experience
Ability to work independently
