Minimum Requirements:- A tertiary qualification, preferably in sales and marketing is essential and at ;east 5 years Sales Management experience, preferably in the insurance environment- A business qualification such as an MBA, MOP or similar management development program would be advantageous- Minimum 5 years experience in the management of diverse sales team- High degree of emotional intelligence with strong leadership skills
