- Day-to-day inspections and management of Security Contract to comply with contract KPI’s
- Investigations
- Conduct all internal investigations on probable thefts, fraud, misappropriation of funds, etc.
- Ad Hoc tasks
- Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion
- Reflect the right behaviour towards safety and living the company’s values
- Be proactive in all duties and keep skills current and, importantly, share knowledge and insight to others in section.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Physically fit and able.
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
- At least 10 – 15 years of security guard experience is required.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience is preferrable.
- Experience in managing a team and advanced leadership skills.
- Proof of investigative skills.
