Stock Controller - Bellville

- Maintain stock levels and ensure minimum stock quantities are met
- Conduct monthly stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
- Capture all transactions on financial systems (Sage X3 experience advantageous)
- Provide month-end reporting to management
- Liaise with suppliers and portfolio managers on orders, invoices, and service delivery
- Track, trace, and expedite purchase orders
- Assist technicians with standby stock management
- Safeguard and control company assets
- Grade 12 qualification
- At least 5 years' procurement/stock control experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and systems
- Computer literacy (Intermediate Excel & Word)
- Excellent communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
- Must be well-groomed, presentable, and accurate in work delivery
- Valid driver's licence & own transport
