We’re seeking a highly skilled IT Risk Manager to ensure our systems remain secure, resilient, and compliant.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and understands the unique challenges of IT risk in hospitality.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT risk management strategies tailored to hospitality operationsIdentify and mitigate cyber threats across guest-facing and internal systemsManage patching, VPNs, and network security (LAN/WAN)Oversee Active Directory, Office 365 Cloud services, and hosted email environmentsEnsure secure connectivity across multiple sites and guest networksLead incident response and recovery planningCollaborate with operational teams to embed security best practicesAdvise on infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation initiativesRequirements & Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in IT Risk Management and Cyber Threat responseApplicable Microsoft certifications
Strong technical knowledge of:LAN/WAN networks, patch management, and VPNsOffice 365 Cloud services (hosted emails)Ubiquity and other WiFi APs, HP Aruba Switches, VLANsWindows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, OUs)
