- Test and evaluate returned IT and networking equipment for defects
- Accurately capture and update test results on SAP and relevant web portals
- Perform basic troubleshooting and firmware updates where necessary
- Ensure all RMA processes and procedures are followed effectively
- Assist in identifying and reporting recurring product issues
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Product Management teams as required
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding service calls
- CompTIA N+ (negotiable)
- Relevant Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, Electronics, or related fields (preferred)
