Work Hours : Ability to work across GMT-11:00 to GMT-03:00 time zones
Pay Range : USD 1,500 - 2,000 per month ​​​​(The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)
Recruitment process: possible multiple interviews and assessment*This client utilizes the time tracking application Screenshot Monitor.**Company/Client Overview: Real Estate Investment CompanyDuties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cash-out sale consultation calls with motivated sellers.
  • Self-set appointments in addition to leads provided.
  • Call new seller leads within 5 minutes of receipt.
  • Complete all assigned manual tasks in the CRM.
  • Perform 100 outbound calls daily and maintain 20 hours of weekly talk time.
  • Analyze retail vs. cash offers, using sold comparables and repair estimates to justify proposals.
  • Secure signed purchase agreements.
  • Maintain proactive, transparent, and consistent communication with sellers and team members.
  • Manage personal schedule to ensure zero missed appointments.
Performance Milestones:
Week 1: Complete training, scripts, role-plays, and set 10 appointments.
Week 3: 1 seller signed a purchase agreement.
Week 5: 2 approved contracts (entry into lead/calendar rotation).
Week 7: 4 approved contracts, 1 closed deal.
Week 9: 6 ROI on closed contracts.
Week 11: 7 ROI on closed contracts.
Week 12: 8 ROI on closed contracts.Minimum Requirements:
  • Native English speaker — must have been raised or spent at least 10 years in the USA.
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
  • Experience in appointment setting, CRM tools, lead management, outbound calls.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and power supply.
  • Headset, large-screen TV or multiple monitors to view several browser windows.
  • Computer capable of running Slack, Go High Level, and Chrome simultaneously.
  • English — native or fully fluent; Spanish — conversational (preferred but not required).
